Front-End developer

Our service is heavily dependent on clean, scalable JavaScript and forward-thinking technologies. For this role:

You must be familiar with HTML5 and CSS, with a clear understanding of valid markup.
You should have a strong knowledge of jQuery or another similar JavaScript framework (CoffeeScript would be a huge benefit).
You should have basic knowledge of Ruby On Rails.
We use GIT for version control, so previous experience would be a plus.

Back-End developer

If you like working on the core of applications, then this is the job for you. Encoding audio and video, server scaling, and database optimizations are waiting for you. For this role:

You must have 2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails.
A good understanding of web servers and internet protocols.
Familiarity with EventMachine.
An understanding of modern NoSQL technologies, their advantages and disadvantages.
Knowledge in digital video and audio, especially in encoding/decoding.

iOS developer

For porting our technologies to a range of handheld devices and maintaining them, we need a fearless iOS developer.

2+ years Objective-C, with a strong understanding of mobile limitations.
An understanding of network protocols from HTTP to TCP and UDP.
Good knowledge of working with digital video and audio (especially in the mobile environment).
At least one application on App Store.
