El veneno

A young woman with short blonde hair and wide eyes reacts with shock, her expression shifting to fear as she looks off-screen, set against a dimly lit interior with wooden and tiled walls. The scene cuts to a man in a hospital bed, sweating and looking distressed, then transitions to a dark room where a glowing vertical light appears, followed by a figure with glowing red eyes and another character with green eyes reacting in surprise.
