A man in a black shirt runs across a street while holding a camera, followed by a cameraman with a large camera rig, as they move from a wet, debris-strewn area to a sunlit street with a red ambulance, then to a parking structure, a motorcycle, a van, and a pickup truck, with the camera operator maintaining a steady shot throughout the sequence.
