A person in a blue vest and white shirt falls down a short set of stairs from a sidewalk onto a paved area, landing on top of a white dog lying on the ground, while a bicycle lies on the street nearby; the scene is viewed from a high angle. The person lies on the ground next to the dog, then gets up and walks away as the dog remains lying down. The scene cuts to a man in a police car smiling and looking out the window.
