A man in a white shirt and blue cap offers a green apple to an older woman in a blue dress and white headscarf, who takes it and bites into it, then spits it out in disgust, dropping the apple on the ground and walking away, while the man watches her leave. The scene takes place outside a large, ornate blue and white building with a decorative gate.
