A blonde anime nurse with a white cap and purple eyes holds a green phone, her expression shifting from a closed-eyed smile to a surprised look with wide eyes and a slightly open mouth, set against a dark, indistinct background. The scene cuts to a close-up of a character's purple eyes, then to a black-haired anime girl in a school uniform with a gentle smile, before transitioning to a blurry outdoor scene of three people on a snowy or icy surface, one of whom is being held or supported by the other two.
