A person lies on a wet highway after a collision, then gets up and runs away from the scene of the accident, which includes a black SUV and a red tanker truck stopped on the right side of the road. The individual moves from the center lane toward the left shoulder, away from the wreckage, as other vehicles pass in the opposite direction.
