A man with a graying beard looks up with a concerned expression in a dimly lit, concrete-walled room. The scene cuts to a woman with long gray hair, then to hands holding a red and a blue pill, followed by a man with dark hair looking intently forward, and finally to a young man on a red track who bends over and collapses onto the ground.
