A red semi-truck carrying a large white cylindrical object, likely a wind turbine blade, attempts to turn right onto a street with double yellow lines but fails to clear the intersection, causing the blade to scrape the ground and the truck to become stuck. The scene takes place on a paved road under a partly cloudy sky, with the truck and blade slowly moving forward before the collision.
