A man in a light blue shirt stands in front of a mirror in a bathroom, repeatedly pulling large, red, fleshy objects from his mouth and examining them in the mirror, while the sink fills with the same objects and red liquid. The scene cuts between the man's actions and his reflection, which changes to show a different man with glasses who initially smiles and then looks shocked.
