Sacando a pasear

An older woman in a headscarf and dress stands behind a man in a black shirt and blue jeans who is on his hands and knees, his head and upper body inside a black bag she holds, as she pulls him across the pavement toward a white ambulance with red stripes and the word "ПОМОЩЬ" on the side, while a person in blue scrubs stands near the open rear door of the ambulance, with a silver car parked to the left and buildings in the background.
