Escalador

A man in a white t-shirt and dark shorts performs a mountain climber exercise in a gym, alternating bringing his knees toward his chest while in a plank position. The movement repeats in a continuous loop, with the man's legs moving back and forth in a running motion while his upper body remains stable, set against a background of gym equipment including a treadmill, stacked aerobic steps, and a rack of medicine balls.
