A stop-motion animated police officer with red hair and a black hat sits in the driver's seat of a black and white checkered police car, looking forward as the car moves from left to right across a miniature cityscape made of layered paper buildings. The car travels along a street on the middle level of the city, passing rows of stylized buildings with a plain gray sky background.
