A man in a suit stands beside a man in a grey suit draped in a flag, who holds up a card while smiling and being embraced by another man in a dark jacket; the man in the dark jacket then raises his hand in a gesture as the man in the grey suit continues to smile. The scene shifts to three men sitting on a railing outdoors, with the man in the middle speaking and gesturing while the other two listen.
