A stone wall collapses in a cloud of dust and smoke, revealing a monstrous skeletal figure with glowing eyes and a horned helmet standing atop the rubble. The figure's face fills the frame, its eyes glowing red, before cutting to a man with a shocked expression, then back to the creature's face as it stares forward. The scene takes place in a dark, stone-walled environment illuminated by torchlight.
