Mate

A close-up shows a vehicle's wheel being secured by a metal clamp on a diamond-plate surface, followed by a shot of a television screen displaying a cartoon car, then a view of a vehicle's engine compartment, and finally a close-up of a rusty, anthropomorphic car with wide eyes. The sequence ends with a title card reading "LAW & ORDER" in stylized text. The setting appears to be a garage or repair shop.
