A round, blue cartoon character approaches a treadmill, lies down on it, and begins running in place, its expression shifting from tired to determined and then to a smile. After a brief run, the character is flung off the treadmill and lands on the right side of the screen, looking surprised and slightly dazed. The scene takes place against a plain white background.
