A man in a suit and cap stands in a field, smiling and adjusting his jacket, before the scene cuts to a man in a military uniform shaking hands with soldiers, then drinking from a cup, then smiling while covering his mouth, and finally speaking into a microphone. The setting shifts from an open field to a military parade and then to a public address.
