A white cat stands in a flooded basement, turning a large valve on a pipe, which causes a stream of water to gush out and flood the room. The cat repeatedly turns the valve, alternating between opening and closing the water flow, causing the water level to rise and fall. The setting is a dimly lit, cluttered basement with exposed pipes and a window in the background.
