A man sits in the driver's seat of a vehicle equipped with a large, vertically mounted rotor that spins rapidly, lifting the entire vehicle slightly off the ground in an open field. The vehicle, resembling a car with a helicopter rotor on top, hovers in place as the rotor spins, with a person standing in the background observing.
