A large, grey, hooded figure stands in front of the Brandenburg Gate, its body composed of white balloons and its lower half made of pink balloons. The figure repeatedly raises its arms, causing the pink balloons to burst and scatter outward in a cloud, while people in the surrounding plaza watch the performance.
