он просто ЧОРТ

A man with short hair and a beard, wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with a gold emblem, sits on a gold patterned couch with ornate black metal armrests. He speaks while gesturing with his right hand, moving it from an open palm to a closed fist, then back to an open palm, as he looks toward the right side of the frame. The setting appears to be a well-lit interior space with large windows and green plants in the background. A blue banner with white text in Russian appears at the bottom left of the screen.
