A shirtless man in a towel performs exaggerated, comedic exercises in a public shower, then appears in a series of similar scenes: sitting on a gym machine in a locker room, struggling to pull a woman on a rope in a dimly lit room, doing sit-ups with a woman on a gym bench, pushing a large black ball on a city street, and finally sitting on a bench in a park, all while maintaining a consistent pose of hands behind his head and a strained facial expression.
