A large crowd gathers on a grassy riverbank dotted with tents and cars, watching as people on inflatable tubes are pulled across the water by a rope, launching off a white ramp into the river. The scene captures the repeated action of riders being towed, launching from the ramp, and splashing into the water, with others waiting on the shore or floating in the river.
