A man in a dark coat and cap stands in a grassy area with buildings in the background, smiling and looking toward the camera. The scene cuts to a close-up of another man in a fur hat waving his hand, then to a man in a cap speaking at a podium with Cyrillic text behind him, before returning to the first man.
