A man with a white cane and a small black dog on a leash walks on a city sidewalk at night, approaching a woman in a black outfit. The woman drops a white plastic bag, and the dog, standing on its hind legs, grabs the bag with its mouth. The man reacts with surprise and then anger, yelling at the woman as she turns and walks away, while the dog remains on the leash.
