A female anime character in a school uniform is attacked by a large, monstrous creature with a skeletal face and sharp claws, which lunges at her from a dark, confined space; she fights back with a knife, dodging and striking as the creature's body is shown with bloodstains, culminating in a close-up of her determined face.
