русский юмор

A man in a white embroidered shirt and a black hat with a red flower stands against a blue background, looking down, then raises his arms and looks up as the hat changes to one with a Russian flag pattern. Text in Russian on the screen reads "we forbid Russians to go out under the flag and anthem of Russia" and "meanwhile, Russian flags:". The setting is a studio with a blue backdrop.
