A man in a dark jacket and jeans stands outside a building with a red wall and green door, repeatedly bending his knees and extending his arms forward with palms down in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. He then straightens up, spreads his arms wide with open palms, and returns to the bent-knee pose, repeating the sequence.
