Танцуй Танцуй!!!

Two shirtless boys dance in front of a sign that reads "ENQUIRIES" and "Lagos," with one boy in a white patterned skirt moving his arms and body rhythmically while the other boy sits and dances, both smiling and moving their hands and bodies in sync with the music. A third person briefly walks past behind them.
