A man in a blue suit and glasses holds a pen and looks concerned, then the scene cuts to two men standing, one older with white hair and an oxygen tube, the other younger in a leather jacket, both looking upward, before returning to the man in the suit, and finally focusing on a close-up of the older man's face as he grimaces. The setting appears to be an indoor room with dim lighting.
