A man in a blue shirt drives a red mobility scooter down a green carpeted path, raising a black object in his right hand as he moves forward, while an older man in a green jacket sits on a bench in a small outdoor structure and an older woman in a purple dress stands nearby, with the scene set in a miniature village with various small buildings and props.
