A man in a purple suit leans over a table in a dimly lit room, writing on a piece of paper while several men in suits sit around the table, watching him intently; the scene cuts between the man writing and the reactions of the seated men, including a man in a leather jacket who speaks and gestures, and the man in the purple suit, revealed to be the Joker, who looks directly at the camera with a wide, unsettling grin.
