A tabby cat lies on its back, sleeping soundly on a patterned blanket, while a human hand with red-painted fingernails repeatedly and gently touches the cat's nose, causing the cat to twitch its nose and paws slightly in its sleep. The scene takes place indoors, with a green surface and a green metal bar visible in the background.
