A woman in a pink shirt and black leggings performs a standing split, holding her raised leg with her hand and using a wall for support, in a home hallway with wooden floors and furniture. She alternates between a vertical split and a horizontal split, extending her leg high and then lowering it slightly in a rhythmic motion.
