Two police officers in a patrol car eat donuts, then one officer chases a man in underwear through a backyard, where the man hides behind a trash can while the officer lies on the ground; the scene shifts to a confrontation where two officers point guns at a man with a large afro and bright clothing, then to a playground where an officer climbs a structure while a man in underwear stands on a platform, and finally to a park where an officer walks with an older man.
