Update. New 24-hour editing period

Hello from the Coub team! We’ve decided to try a new way of announcing platform updates — via Stories!  Last year, we received tons of cool platform update ideas and recommendations, which are already getting actively implemented.  The first change we’re introducing is the restriction on coub editing period. Throughout Coub’s existence, users could edit coubs at any point in time, even years after publishing. We conducted a deeper analysis and discovered that only 0,24% of coubs were actually edited, and half of these coubs were edited during the first day of publishing.  That’s why, starting from this week, users will only be able to edit videos in their coubs during the first 24 hours. At the same time, you’ll still be able to change coub information anytime.
