The new team
Exactly a year ago, the new team started working on Coub. We’ve spent some time figuring out how Coub operates and then began working on improvements.
Fixing things
Right now, the team is actively fixing things:
- upgrades Stories and Search, which were long forgotten
- completely rebuilds the mobile editor
- teaches the smart feed to make better recommendations
New features
Implemented more helpful features:
- music recognition with artist and track-based search
- comments
- translation of coub titles
Under the hood
The majority of improvements the team grinds on aren’t visible to users but help make Coub work smoother and contribute to the future development of the platform.
