Paul and Scrubs

Two men in white lab coats are in a tiled room; one man stands and repeatedly brings a black object down toward the head of the other man, who is seated and smiling. The standing man's arm moves up and down in a rhythmic motion, simulating a cutting action, while the seated man remains amused and does not move his head.
