A man in a dark puffer jacket stands in a room with light-colored walls and a doorway, repeatedly extending his right arm forward and then pulling it back in a rhythmic motion. The scene cuts to a close-up of a person's hands manipulating a knife and a slice of bread on a glass table, with the knife moving over the bread. The scene returns to the man in the jacket, who continues the same rhythmic arm motion.
