A man in a checkered shirt sits in a red chair, holding a red folder, and speaks while looking slightly off-camera against a backdrop of a cityscape and two illustrated police officers. The scene cuts to a second man in a dark suit and striped tie, who sits and speaks, then gestures with his right hand while continuing to talk, set against a painted backdrop featuring a man, a woman, a dog, and a boat.
