Brigada

Vladimir Putin is helped into a black car by two men, then walks away from the vehicle and speaks to reporters on a bridge. The scene shifts to a group of workers in orange hard hats and a formal gathering, followed by Putin speaking directly to the camera on the bridge with traffic in the background.
