Evil plan

A cartoon character in a blue uniform stands beside an easel, drawing a sequence of increasingly chaotic and absurd images, including a planet, a donut, and a self-portrait labeled "Tord" with the word "MENTAL" written on it, before the scene cuts to a split screen showing the character's angry reaction and three other characters laughing at the drawing.
