Mr. Sandman

A man in a white shirt and cap stands beside a low wall, then the camera pans along the wall to reveal a row of dark, rectangular blocks that have been installed at a sharp, uneven angle, creating a stepped, jagged edge. The blocks are set into a concrete base along a brick wall and a wooden fence, with a section of the wall showing a smooth, flat surface, indicating a failed or poorly executed construction.
