A man in a blue shirt and a silver party necklace stands in front of a table with a red tablecloth, celebrating with a wide-open mouth and raised fists. He then turns and runs out of frame to the left, while a young girl in a party hat and a patterned dress raises her arm in celebration, and two other people in the background continue to celebrate with party horns and drinks. The scene takes place indoors, in front of a wall with a large framed painting of a European town and a "Happy New Year" sign.
