What the fuck?

A row of grey concrete blocks arranged in a zigzag pattern along a low wall begins to topple forward in a chain reaction, collapsing onto the ground in front of a brown wooden fence with brick pillars. The camera pans right, revealing more of the fence and the aftermath of the falling blocks.
