Confusing stuff

A young man in a black t-shirt sits in the foreground, looking toward the camera and occasionally touching his face, while a second young man in a dark long-sleeved shirt stands in a doorway behind him, initially gesturing and then turning and walking away. The scene takes place indoors in a room with patterned wallpaper and a wooden chair.
