Misha the doll

Two men sit in a dark, moving vehicle, illuminated by a bright overhead light. The man on the left, wearing a dark jacket, gestures with his hands while looking toward the right, and the man on the right, in a light-colored jacket with a patch, looks back at him, their faces shifting in and out of focus as the vehicle moves.
