Shock (1977)

A woman with long dark hair walks down a hallway, while a young boy runs toward her from a doorway. The scene cuts to a man with long hair and a bare torso confronting the woman face-to-face in a narrow space, their faces close as he holds her shoulders. The sequence repeats, alternating between the woman walking and the man confronting her.
