Basically, he's a dick

A man in a dark suit walks up a red carpeted staircase toward a building entrance, while a uniformed guard in a ceremonial outfit stumbles and falls on the steps, then scrambles to his feet and continues to the top. The scene takes place outdoors at a formal building with white columns and a red carpet, with other guards and a camera rig visible.
